I am a senior now! My life has been great so far! I recently just turned 17 years old, got a tongue ring, and kind of been out of control. I just have to say, "i have no regrets!"
Cast: Rosa Parks, Jay Gatsby, & Beyonce Setting:Sonic Drive-Thru Situation: J. Gatsby wants Beyonce & Rosa Parks to pay for their own lunch at Happy Hour.
Narrator: Pulling up in Sonic’s Drive- Thru, in Raleigh, on Frayser- Raleigh Road, Jay Gatsby pressed the little red button on the Sonic Menu. "Hi! welcome to Sonic! Would you like to try any shake for buy one get one free today?" says the Sonic Representative joyfully.
"Yes ma'am, I would. We have three seperate orders ma'am." says Jay Gatsby.
"Hold Up! Hold Up! Hold Up!," Beyonce says loudly, "Three seperate orders? I don't think so! You are about to pay for me and Mrs. Parks lunch today!"
"I don't think so! Why should I have to pay for everyone's lunch?" Jay Gatsby asks.
“Why should you pay for everyone’s order? You knew before we pulled up in this Sonic drive- thru that you were going to buy lunch for everyone in this old voltswagon beetle today. Don’t play stupid, Jay!” Beyonce says in a irrational voice.
“So, let me get this right! Both of you rode with me to get something to eat thinking that I was paying for everyone’s order? Is that correct?” Jay Gatsby asks in a calm tone.
“Well that would be the right thing to to Mr. Gatsby,” Rosa Parks speaks slowly, “It would be very manly and polite if you would pay for two young ladies lunch today.
“And you kno she right Jay!,” Beyonce speaks, “Now go head and ask us what we want so you can pay for our food. I already see that I want them cheese sticks with marinara sauce on number 5.”
“Sir, would you like to place yor order?” says the Sonic representative.
Narrator: The Sonic representative became highly irritated. Not wanting to loose one’s job, the Sonic representative remained friendly. Jay Gatsby finally decided to pay for the two women orders due to the encouraging words of Mrs. Rosa Parks.
“Ok Beyonce! So you want the number 5? What kind of soda?”
“Yes, I want the number 5 with a Pepsi.” Beyonce says happily
“What would you like Mrs. Parks?”
“Oh no! Mr. Gatsby! I wouldn’t want to die from this horrible fast food! I don’t want anything.” Rosa Parks said chuckling.
Beyonce laughs, “Hahaha! Girl you crazy! Now come on old sport! Hahaha! Go on and order!”
“Oh my gosh! Yes ma’am I’m ready to order.” Jay Gatsby speaks to the Sonic Representative.
“I’m listening sir.”
“Okay. I want the number five with a medium Pepsi. I also want the number 7 with a large coke. Yea, I don’t want the buy one get one free shake.”
I am a woman that hardly anyone notices. Yes, I am African American. As anyone can see in plain sight, I am tired, over-worked, and under-paid. Yet, I still stand for America. I am an example of all hard working women in America. Still I say, “Why should I stand and take a picture in my predicament now? Look at the clothing on me!” No, I am not smiling. It may because I am not happy. I stand here with a mop and broom in my hand. This is a symbol of my hard working, independence, black pride. Like I said before, I stand as an example of all black women in America.

As you may know, my favorite website is http://www.gurl.com/ . As a teenager I absolutely love this website. So I looked up some information about this website that you might be interested in.
2000 I could never forget it! I was in the 1st grade attending Scenic Hills Elementary at 3450 Scenic Highway in Raleigh. Our principal was Charlesetta Brown. They placed certain –smarter- students in a class separated from others and just so happen to be one of those students. Our teacher name was Ms. Broom. She’s a nice old lady and a great teacher. At that age, I didn’t know what a best friend was; I was cool with everyone in my class. There was no actual fad because everything was cool to us. My favorite movie for that year was the entire “The Air Bud Collection”. The most popular song probably was the Barney theme song. Sometimes I wish I was young again.
2001 I was in the second grade in 2001. I was still attending Scenic Hills Elementary School. I don’t remember my teacher name. But she was an old Caucasian lady, kind of tall, sometimes mean, but always willing. She gave a lot of work also. My best friend name was Marvin. We had been friends since kindergarten. We were always together. There was no current fad at all. Well, at least we weren’t thinking of one. My favorite movie for that year was Spy Kids. It was the best! The most popular song was Survivor by Destiny’s Child. I still listen to that today. What I remember about that year is that my best cousin/best friend , Shamiria, swallowed her ear ring. Oh my god! I miss her!
2002 The year of 2002, I was in the third grade. I don’t remember my teacher name. I do not remember my teacher at Scenic Hills Elementary School. I remember my principle, Mrs. Brown. My best friend was my cousin Shamyria. My favorite movie of that year was Agent Cody Banks. It was like a Disney Movie. There was no current fad at all! We were young and just living life. The most popular song was Hot in Here by Nelly. What I remember most about that year was the good lunch cookies we had and the time I spent with everybody.
